On September 11, 2001 Adam Arias lost his life in the attack on the World Trade Center in New York City.
Adam gathered his co-workers and led them to the safety of the Staten Island Ferry from his office on the 84th floor of Tower 2. He returned to assist others away from the carnage only to lose his life in the ensuing building collapse.
His remains were discovered along with New York City Firefighters who also made the ultimate sacrifice attempting to save others.
